The curriculum includes courses and workshops focused on ethical houbara breeding, animal welfare, biosecurity measures, and management of breeding facilities. The training also covers operational procedures used in managed breeding programs. Those who complete the required coursework can earn certifications, and ongoing technical support will be available throughout their participation in the initiative.
Participants who meet eligibility criteria may also gain access to breeding birds through a rights-based arrangement after passing necessary assessments and training. This benefit complements the program’s educational and technical support components. IFHC designed this initiative to give breeders access to knowledge developed through its extensive conservation efforts.
